The apartment does not have a telephone.
No pets of any kind are allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

• End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, but you are asked to leave the apartment discreetly tidy and clean (including the kitchen area) or pay a supplement if this is not possible.
• The apartment cannot accommodate a greater number of people than those foreseen by their maximum capacity (max. 4 beds)
• Children, even newborns, are counted as adults.
• Upon confirmation of the booking it is necessary to pay a confirmatory deposit of approximately 1/3 of the total amount, via bank transfer or postal order; the deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation of the booking.
• The price includes: a parking space for each accommodation in the residence square, heating (only in winter), TV, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, hot and cold water, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen with change weekly.
• Since this is a tourist rental in a private house for short periods, it is not possible to pay by credit card or debit card. The balance at the end of the rental can be paid by bank transfer, check or cash during your stay.
At the end of the lease, a payment receipt will be issued for the entire rental amount including supplements.
• A deposit may be required for any damage caused during your stay.
The Delapierre Residence is located in an enchanting setting at the foot of Monte Rosa, in the upper Lys Valley, 1000 meters from the center of the town of Gressoney-Saint-Jean, on the road to the Savoia Castle.
