It features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (gas stove with oven, fridge, microwave, and kitchen utensils), a fixed double bed, a sofa or alternatively a single bed, TV, telephone, and a bathroom with shower and window.

The accommodation also includes an east-facing balcony with views of Monte Rosa, ideal for enjoying the morning light.

During the summer season, the balcony is furnished with sun loungers, a table, and chairs, making it perfect for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing moments.

Booking Conditions

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival during high season, or at least 7 days prior to arrival during low season. After these deadlines, the deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit Terms
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required via bank transfer. The deposit must be paid within 5 days from the booking date.
