It features a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (gas stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen utensils), a sofa or alternatively a single bed, TV, and telephone.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom separated from the living area, with the possibility of adding an extra single bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a window.

The accommodation is completed by a pleasant west-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the afternoon sunlight.

Booking Conditions

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival during high season, or at least 7 days prior to arrival during low season. After these deadlines, the deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit Terms
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required via bank transfer. The deposit must be paid within 5 days from the booking date.
